Was one of the worst stay experience I ever had. AC was not working properly and room had bugs and it bit me all over and got me a fever. Couldn't sleep for a second. Worst cleanliness and worst stay

Rooms not at all clean. Mattress are old . Bathroom door condition very pathetic. Staff behavior is good

Non A/C rooms doesn't have proper windows. Room wasn't clean and some old odur is present. Only pros: Closer to temple. Only a 3 min walk to temple.

Despite being told that rooms would be available at 12:30 PM due to rush, our room wasn't allocated until 1:15 PM. When I questioned the delay, the receptionist responded rudely, stating that checkout time would remain as scheduled.

The hotel is only 300-500 mts from West Gate of Padmanabhaan Swamy Temple. Located in mid market and local transport is easily available. Lots of local fooding options are also available. Although 2 beded AC room is very small in size if you open 2 suitcases the room feels full, bed is also small not comfortable if you want to accomodate your baby. Rest all was very good

The rooms were neat.. They used to come to clean the room at 8 am. There is no room service. We had to ask for the water. A/C's were working pretty well. We had to ask for the WiFi password (which is something that I didn't expect to do. I thought that they will give it to me when I arrive at the hotel).
